The Future of Travel is…?

In continuing with his theme of meeting with industry leaders of the business world, President Donald Trump met Thursday at the White House with top executives in the airline industry.

President Trump said, “the airline industry supports over 10 million well-paying U.S. jobs and creates over $1 trillion in economic activity.’ He also reiterated the nation’s “obsolete” travel infrastructure and a regulation framework he called a “disaster.”

Innovation in the travel industry has a new partner.

Voyager HQ, in New York, is partnering with Cheapoair, Fareportal, Telluride Ventures,  Jetblue Technology Ventures and others.

Voyager HQ is connecting travel startup founders, investors, and corporations. Their mission is to empower startups to create the future of travel. Voyager HQ supports travel startup founders by providing them the knowledge they need to be ahead of the curve, and by connecting them with corporate partners, investors, and most importantly, to each other.

Last night Andrew Stein, Managing Director of Voyager HQ, introduced a group of incredible and passionate startups to a packed room of investors, journalists and interested partners. Each Startup founder had  5 minutes to pitch their companies to a panel of major industry experts in the travel ecosystem.
